Wantek® h311 mono RJ9【RJ4】headset for office

I read the reviews on this device and that is what influenced me to buy. There are so many headsets on Amazon to pick from. Second, my reason for buying this because this headset can plug in any device (dialpad, landline phone, and VOIP iphone). Sometimes these devices won't let certain brands connect to their devices. My dialpad connected well with this device. I was able to make and receive calls. I was able dial 1(800)phone numbers. The thing I dislike there was no noise canceling on the headset. The volume was loud and clear. I highly recommend this product for anyone who want to invest in a second pair of headsets that can be plugged in a dialpad. I will be using this for my work from home job. I am pursuing a career as a customer service representative. This is a great product to buy.

This headset connects easily and works well with my Polycom phone. Would recommend it to others.

I bought these to free up my hands while answering phones and taking messages at work. It is compatible with our land line phones, has a mute/unmute switch to quiet the mic, and volume control. The switch clips to your clothes, the cord is long, and the mic moves up or down for adjustment. I can hear calls extremely clearly and the patients report they can hear me well. I think the noise cancelation is sufficient. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this again if needed.
