The quality and build of the headset looks good. I like that the foam pieces create a space between your ear and the speaker (and that it comes with extra foam covers). Headband not too tight and adjusts easily. The audio seems a bit quiet, but clear. Issue I have is that the audio coming out of the left ear (non wired side) is more quiet than the right ear (wired side). It's passable for occasional use but for me I would need better audio if I were to use it more. I appreciate that the seller seems to be interested in getting feedback.

I deal exclusively on the phone with my clients and I always had it on speaker. Some complained that they couldn't hear me. It was impossible to hold the phone and work on the computer at the same time so I decided to give headphones a try. I am very very happy with the sound quality and no one complains anymore about not being able to hear me. They do tend to bother me after a couple of hours of wearing them but I won't adjust them to not squeeze so much because I am afraid I will break them. So I take a break and then I put them back on and am ready to go again. Sound quality is better than I thought it would be.
