WHAT QUALIFIES AS A BULK ORDER?

Generally speaking, our bulk orders start at 1 case（60 or 80 items）. If your order is below the 1 case, let us know and we can see if we can fulfill your order.

As of now, we only provide this service to corporate customers, and can provide you with logo replacement services. You can mention this in your application form or remarks.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently provide shipping services to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and some EU member states, if you require more detailed information please click here

What shipping options do you offer for bulk orders and how long does it take for them to arrive?

For larger orders, our standard shipping time is 7-14 business days. If you need it in a pinch, please order in advance or contact us to change the courier company

Returns and Refunds

Can I return all or part of a bulk order?

We recommend purchasing 5% over the quantity you intended to purchase and returning 5% of the unused headsets. This way, you'll have extra headphones on hand to help replace a faulty one,
Please note that 5% of excess inventory will be shipped and paid for at your expense.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
