I ordered this headset and it was not the right product for my phone. The company took it back and issued a prompt refund. However, they didn't stop there they reached out to ask me it I would allow them to send me a product of theirs for free that would work with my phone. I just had to provide them the phone make and model number and a shipping address. I was first floored even receive such a request and I have to say that the headset they sent works well with my phone. Good quality headset

I have had no problem with the headeset. Can use on either ear. The microphone attachment is bendable to you can adjust it to where you want it. Attachment moves up and down. Headset is adjustable for head size. Volume works perfectly. Have not had any problems hearing anyone and no one has said anything about not hearing me. Would reccommend.
